1. Who we are

Pravasi Club (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates pravasiclub.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

2. Information we collect

Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-preserving tool that does not use cookies, does not track individual users across sessions, and does not share data with advertisers. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

Free Map Service. When you request a free state map, we collect your name, mailing address, and email address. This information is used solely to submit your map request to the relevant state agency and to send you a confirmation email. We retain this data for 2 years from the date of your order, after which it is permanently deleted.

Error monitoring. We use Sentry to capture application errors. Sentry may collect browser type, operating system, and the URL where an error occurred. No personal information you enter into forms is captured by Sentry.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the site, fulfill map requests, and diagnose technical errors. We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with advertisers.

4. Sub-processors

We work with the following third-party services, each bound by their own privacy policies: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), Supabase (database), Sentry (error monitoring), Sanity (content management), Vercel (hosting). None of these sub-processors receive your personal data beyond what is necessary to provide the services described above.

5. Cookies

Pravasi Club does not use advertising cookies. Our analytics tool (Plausible) is cookieless by design. No cookie consent banner is required.

6. CalOPPA disclosure & Do Not Track

This Privacy Policy is posted at a conspicuous location on our website (footer link) and was last updated on the date shown above. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date.

Our website does not currently alter its data collection practices in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals, as there is no universally accepted standard for DNT. We do not track users across third-party websites.

7. California privacy rights (CCPA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To submit a CCPA request, contact us at the email below.
